We constantly strive to maintain excellent customer care
standards within St. Enoch Centre and proudly hold the Investors in
People accreditation. All our staff participate in customer
service programmes and ongoing training to ensure your comfort and
convenience during every visit.
St. Enoch Centre provides a Shopmobility service giving shoppers
with limited mobility easy access to shopping and leisure
facilities. This includes people with disabilities, older people or
those who, due to accident or illness, find themselves with
temporary mobility difficulties.
We also provide a number of facilities to make your visits a bit
easier, these include:
- Customer Services Desk - located on the lower level near Boots
- Car Parking - nearly 1,000 spaces right in the heart of Glasgow's city centre
- Customer Toilets & Baby Change - located on the mezzanine level, baby change also in the foodcourt area on level 1.
- Cash Machines - in various locations throughout the centre
