Blue Lagoon

Blue Lagoon has become a household name in Glasgow, over the years. Italian born entrepreneur, Ersilio Varese, and his childhood sweetheart, Edda Varese, opened the first Blue Lagoon Fish & Chip shop on Glasgow’s Sauchiehall Street in 1975. Since then, they have opening additional stores all over Glasgow City Centre, including in St. Enoch Centre.

As the business gets passed on to the third generation of the Varese family, they continue to be as passionate about Traditional Fish & Chips as our Nonno Ersilio and Nonna Edda were back in 1975.

In terms of food, you’ll be spoiled for choice, with a varied menu of delicious food. This ranges from your classic fish dishes to the traditional, fish and chip shop favourites. Check out our menu and then order in-store today.
