Centre Update

St. Enoch Centre can confirm that all non-essential retail within the centre will remain closed until the end of January 2021 in line with restrictions set by the Scottish Government.

Essential retailers – including Tesco and Boots – will remain open during this time to ensure the local community has continued access to these vital services. Please access these stores through St. Enoch Square entrance only.

Some food outlets will offer a takeaway service only, however, please note that no food can be consumed within the centre. *We would recommend checking with individual stores and outlets before visiting.⠀

The car park will open daily from 9.00am and close at 6.30pm.

Shoppers visiting these stores are strongly urged to follow our COVID-19 code of conduct for the safety of shoppers, retailers and staff.

Grace’s Sign

We’re extremely proud to introduce Grace’s sign at our accessible toilets in St. Enoch Centre.

Grace’s Sign shows a man and a woman with a wheelchair in the middle. The two figures each feature a heart. The first is to represent invisibility and the second is to remind people to have a heart and to not judge that which cannot be seen.

Grace’s innovative campaign is helping to improve life for people with disabilities across Scotland and raising awareness that not all disabilities can be seen.

The Unexpected Artist

The Unexpected Artist (UXA) is a cultural hub based here in the centre displaying Scottish based artists with a range of exciting work. It’s not like a normal gallery, there are over 70 artists, covering every ‘ism’, in art! The team who manage the gallery are happy to discuss the work on the wall, and if you are an artist, serious or hobbyist, they will love to talk about your art too!

There are photography classes, art classes and work shops on various art themes offering you a chance to try your hand. Make sure you pay them a visit, you’ll find them on the first floor next to H&M. For more info see www.theunexpectedartist.co.uk
